MenLau ships from Lithuania, Europe.

Delivery Timing: Delivery time starts when the package leaves our studio. Since all our products are made to order, items are usually shipped within 3 to 4 business days following receipt of payment.

Address Changes: Please note that once an order has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return with a money-back guarantee, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Notification: You must inform us of your intent to return the item within 14 days of delivery.
  • Condition: The item must be returned unused, in its original packaging and condition.
  • Return Process: Please contact us before sending the item back. This allows us to guide you through the return process and ensure proper handling.
  • Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you may be responsible for any diminished value.
  • Exclusions: This policy does not apply to custom-made or personalized items, as these are final sale due to their customized nature.
  • Color Match: To ensure satisfaction with the color, we strongly recommend ordering a fabric sample before finalizing your purchase. Returns based solely on color discrepancies will not be accepted unless a fabric sample was ordered prior to purchase.
