Express shipping

Express delivery worldwide in 2-4 business days. Use the SHIPPING UPGRADE (Express shipping). If you order this, please let me know your mobile telephone number as it will be necessary for the courier to arrange a convenient delivery time.



Forgot to upgrade your shipping? You can do it at any time: 
Need your item for a certain date? Contact me before buying to discuss the details. Sometimes it is possible to shorten the processing time.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

If by any reasons you are not satisfied by the item you bought from my shop, I guarantee money return with no questions asked ONLY if the following requirements have been fulfilled:

- You must inform me about return within: 3 days of delivery
- the item is returned in its original packaging and condition, UNUSED;
- for Lithuanian and other EU buyers, the item must be returned within 14 days of receiving an item;
- for US and other overseas buyers, the item must be returned within 28 days.
- If you wish to return an item, please contact me before sending it back. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- This does NOT applies to custom-made, made to order or personalized items.

 

Fabric Swatches/Samples

The best way to get perfect color match, is to have swatches of fabric that we use. If you order this, please let me know which products of swatches do you want to test.
