Item missing for the wedding and service client do not find solution
The package WAS NOT complete. The square pocket was missing. I sent a mail on 7th June to [****] aroud 12h. And I never got any answer. No additional delivery. No reimbursement !! Absolutely inacceptable !

I ordered a dusty rose necktie and I received a purple necktie.
Also, I ordered a slim and a skinny tie and I received only one item.
Everything as in the photos, about 10 days for the delivery in Italy (cheapest choice).

What was ordered on May 11th arrived today, 30th May, some 19 days after being ordered. I had hoped that it would arrive within the 14 days. It didnt and I had to source a similar coloured bow tie from another source. So this was disappointing.
I was also disappointed with the quality , especially when compared to the alternative sky blue tie that I had sourced elsewhere.
The only positive is that I now have a reserve sky blue tie for the next occaion when I am wearing formal dress wear.
I also had been led to understand that there was also a pocket square being sent as part of the purchase . There was no pocket square.
The packaging was very good, probably the highlight of the entire purchase experience.

The bow ties came a little darker than expected, so I recommend buying a shade lighter than whatever color it is you want. I LOVE these though. The material is so perfect. The packaging is also really well done and professional. Thought it was great.
I am very impressed with the color and quality of these beautiful bow ties. I can't wait to see my bridal party wearing them!
