Shipping policy

MenLau ships from a Lithuania (Europe).

Delivery time is calculated from when the package leaves our studio. All our products are made to order, usually items are shipped within 2 - 5 business days after clear payment is made.

We will not be able to change the shipping address once the order has shipped.

Via national registered post service.

  • Shipping takes around 15-30 working days (depends on your shipping address location)
  • Items are sent as priority registered airmail.
  • Price starts from 6 EUR 

Via DHL, FEDEX,TNT express:

  • Shipping takes 3-5 days (depends on your shipping address location)
  • Price is from 35 EUR 
EUROPE SHIPPING PRICE AND TIME RATES

  • Items are sent as priority registered airmail.
  • Price is from 6 EUR

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

If by any reasons you are not satisfied by the item you bought from my shop, I guarantee money return with no questions asked ONLY if the following requirements have been fulfilled:

- You must inform me about return within: 3 days of delivery
- the item is returned in its original packaging and condition, UNUSED;
- for Lithuanian and other EU buyers, the item must be returned within 14 days of receiving an item;
- for US and other overseas buyers, the item must be returned within 14 days.
- If you wish to return an item, please contact me before sending it back. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- This does NOT applies to custom-made, made to order or personalized items
- If you need a specific color or shade please order fabric sample. If you purchase an item without requesting fabric sample, this order is not a subject of return because of color match.
